Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
The first 25 miles are included. Travel beyond 25 miles is charged at $0.75 per mile round-trip.
How do I reserve my session?
A 25% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Mini Sessions are paid in full at booking.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. With 48 hours or more notice, your retainer may be transferred one time to a new available date. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the retainer being forfeited.
When will I receive my photos?
Portrait and general session galleries are delivered within 14 days. Wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks. Signature and Full Story wedding packages include 10–20 sneak peek images within 7 days. A 25% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the wedding.
